What is a credit?

1 credit = 1 lead processed with a full personalized email sequence. If you upload 500 leads, you use 500 credits. The number of emails in your email sequence doesn't affect credit usage.

What if I need more credits than my plan includes?

You can purchase add-on credits anytime without upgrading your plan. If you consistently need more, upgrading is usually more cost-effective.

How is MachFive different from ChatGPT?

ChatGPT writes one email at a time with no context about your business. MachFive builds a strategic foundation first—learning your offers, your proof points, your target audience—then writes unique email sequences for every lead at scale.

What sending tools does MachFive work with?

Any tool that accepts CSV imports: Instantly, Smartlead, Lemlist, Apollo, GMass, EmailBison, Mailshake, and more. Just map the email and subject line columns.

Do I need to spintax or spam check the emails?

No. Every email is structurally unique, so you don't need spintax for variation or spam checking. The emails are ready to send.

Do unused credits roll over?

Yes, for paid plans. Unused credits carry over to the next month but expire if not used within that rollover period.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. The Free plan gives you 100 credits/month—no credit card required.

Can I invite my team?

Yes. Go to Settings, select the Users tab, and click "Invite User."
