Understanding Credits

MachFive uses a credit-based system:

1 credit = 1 lead processed with a full email sequence

The number of emails in your sequence doesn't affect credit usage. A 3-email sequence uses the same credits as a 1-email sequence.

Viewing Your Credits

Your credit balance appears next to the workspace selector in the upper right corner.

Running Out of Credits

When you hit your credit limit:

1. A usage bar in your dashboard shows your consumption
2. You can purchase add-on credits
3. Or upgrade to a higher plan

Credit Rollover

For paid plans, unused credits roll over to the next month. Rolled-over credits expire if not used within that period.
