Added Campaign Details (Important)
The Added Campaign Details field is where you give MachFive additional instructions. This is powerful—use it.
Examples of what you can add:
- A template or past email that worked well (MachFive will tailor it to each lead)
- Specific offer elements to emphasize
- Social proof or lead magnets you want prioritized
- A particular reading level (e.g., "Keep language at a 5th grade reading level")
- Structural requests (e.g., "Add a P.S. line to every first email in the sequence")
- Style notes (e.g., "Include one line with subtle humor")
- Tone guidance (e.g., "Keep it conversational, not corporate")
Critical: Write instructions as if you're talking about one lead at a time. MachFive processes leads in parallel without memory between them—each lead is processed independently.
✅ Good: "Reference the lead's company size when discussing ROI"
✅ Good: "Add a P.S. line mentioning our free audit"
❌ Bad: "Alternate between formal and casual tone every other lead"
❌ Bad: "Make the first 50 leads more aggressive"
💡 Pro Tip: Already have a winning email? If you have a template or cold email that's worked well in the past, paste it into Added Campaign Details. MachFive will adapt your proven message for each individual lead—keeping what works while adding personalization. This is one of the most powerful ways to use MachFive.
