"My sequence is stuck on processing"

Processing typically takes a few minutes for most lead lists. For very large lists, it may take longer. If processing seems stuck:

  1. Check your internet connection
  2. Refresh the page
  3. If still stuck after 15 minutes, contact support@machfive.io

"My emails don't sound like my brand"

Your onboarding information directly impacts email quality. Try:

  1. Go to Workspace > Settings > Onboarding
  2. Add more detail about your voice, tone, and messaging style
  3. Include example emails you've written that performed well
  4. Re-process your Company Summary

"I can't find a campaign"

Use the search bar on the Campaigns tab to search by campaign name.
