"My list is stuck on processing"
Processing typically takes 30 minutes to an hour for most lead lists. For very large lists, it may take longer. If processing seems stuck:
- Check your internet connection
- Refresh the page
- If still stuck after a couple hours, contact support@machfive.io
"My emails don't sound like my brand"
Your workspace details directly impact email quality. Try:
- Click the Workspace tab in the left sidebar and select the Details tab
- Click any section to edit the fields you want to update
- Add more detail about your voice, tone, and messaging style
- Include example emails you've written that performed well
- Click Submit Update to reprocess your Company Summary and Market Research documents
"I can't find a campaign"
- Make sure you're in the correct workspace — check the workspace selector in the upper right corner
- Scroll through your campaign list on the Campaigns tab
- If you still can't find it, it may have been deleted by another team member
