Common Issues

"My list is stuck on processing"

Processing typically takes 30 minutes to an hour for most lead lists. For very large lists, it may take longer. If processing seems stuck:

1. Check your internet connection
2. Refresh the page
3. If still stuck after a couple hours, contact support@machfive.io

"My emails don't sound like my brand"

Your workspace details directly impact email quality. Try:

1. Click the Workspace tab in the left sidebar and select the Details tab
2. Click any section to edit the fields you want to update
3. Add more detail about your voice, tone, and messaging style
4. Include example emails you've written that performed well
5. Click Submit Update to reprocess your Company Summary and Market Research documents

"I can't find a campaign"

1. Make sure you're in the correct workspace — check the workspace selector in the upper right corner
2. Scroll through your campaign list on the Campaigns tab
3. If you still can't find it, it may have been deleted by another team member
