Campaign Builder Workflow

The campaign builder walks you through four stages:

Stage 1: Target Audience

Option A: Select a Recommended Audience MachFive's AI analyzes your Company Summary and Market Research to suggest high-potential target audiences. Select one from the dropdown.

Option B: Create a New Target Audience Select "New Target Audience" to define your own. Fill in:

  • Industry/vertical
  • Company size (employee count, revenue)
  • Job titles/roles you're targeting
  • Geographic focus
  • Pain points and challenges

Additional Details and Insights: Add any extra context about this audience that would help MachFive craft better emails.

After submitting, MachFive processes your Target Audience Research document.

Stage 2: Social Proof

MachFive presents social proof options pulled directly from your Company Summary. Nothing is fabricated—all options come from what you provided during onboarding.

Your options:

  • Select "Use All" to include everything
  • Select specific items and edit the details as needed
  • Add custom social proof in the "Additional Details and Insights" section

After submitting, MachFive processes your Social Proof document and prepares the Lead Magnets stage.

Stage 3: Lead Magnets

MachFive presents lead magnet ideas in two tabs:

New IdeasAI-generated lead magnet suggestions for this audience

Select the lead magnets you want to include in this campaign. Add custom ideas in the "Additional Details and Insights" section.

After submitting, MachFive processes your Lead Magnets document and prepares the Offers stage.

Stage 4: Offers

MachFive presents offer options in two tabs:

New IdeasAI-generated offer suggestions combining your audience, social proof, and lead magnets

Each offer shows:

  • The core offer/value proposition
  • Recommended social proof to pair with it
  • Recommended lead magnets
  • Suggested risk reversals

After submitting, your campaign is finalized and you're taken to the campaign view where you can start creating sequences.
