To access Settings, click your profile icon in the bottom left corner. A menu will appear — select Settings from there.
The Settings page contains four tabs: Account, Billing, Users, and Integrations.

Users
Manage who has access to your workspace.
To invite a team member, click "Invite User" and enter their email address. You'll see two sections:
- Active Users — Team members who have accepted their invite
- Pending Invitations — Invitations that haven't been accepted yet
Each user shows their name, email, join date, status, and role.
| Role | Access |
|---|---|
| Owner | Full access, including billing and API key management |
| Admin | Full access, including API key management |
| Member | Standard access to campaigns, lists, and workspace |
Integrations
Manage API keys for connecting external tools to MachFive. Only Owners and Admins can create or revoke keys.
To create a key, click "Create API Key". Each key shows its name, key prefix, creation date, and last used date.
API keys authenticate requests to the MachFive API — including integrations like the MachFive MCP Server and MachFive OpenClaw Skill.
