Viewing a List
Creating ListsUpdated January 15, 2026
From inside a campaign, the Lists tab shows all lists you've created:
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| List Name | The title you gave the list |
| Date | When you created the list |
| Status | Processing, Complete, or Error |
| Download | Button to download your completed CSV |
Viewing a List
Click into any list to view it in a table view — similar to viewing a CSV in Excel or Google Sheets, but directly in the platform. You'll also see individual metrics (emails generated, hours saved, dollars saved) for that list.
Viewing a Row
Hover over any row number to reveal an eye icon. Click the eye icon to view all columns for that row in a detailed view.
Editing List Data
You can click on any cell within the table to edit the information directly — including email copy and subject lines. When you edit a cell and close out, your changes are automatically saved. The updated data is what will be included when you download the file.
